Who can join Cross Over Basketball?

Our programmes are open to boys and girls aged 4 to 16 of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, we have sessions tailored to help you develop and improve your game.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes! We encourage new players to come and try a session for free. We find the bringing a friend to join in on the free trial can help remove some nerves. We also foster a welcoming team culture in all our sessions with zero tolerance for bullying. Simply contact us to arrange your free trial.

What types of training do you offer?

We offer a variety of training programmes to suit different levels of skill and commitment: General Programmes: Our Foundation Programme helps young players develop fundamental skills, while our Holiday Programmes offer fun and intensive training sessions during school breaks. Competitions: We run structured competitions, including our Summer 3X3 league and Winter 5V5 competition, to provide players with real-game experience. Specialty Programmes: Our Skills Pro programme focuses on advanced basketball techniques, while Jump Pro enhances athletic performance and vertical leap. Elite Programmes: Our Academy is designed for dedicated players looking to take their game to the next level, and our Rep Teams have the opportunity to play regional, national and international basketball.

The Cross Over Academy is designed for committed players looking to take their game to the next level. It provides structured training, elite coaching, competitive gameplay, and the opportunity to represent Cross Over.

Where are your training sessions held?

Our training sessions are held at various venues, primarily at schools we partner closely with.

What should players bring to training?

Players should dress in proper sportswear and bring a water bottle. We get basketballs in bulk from local suppliers, which helps us save money. If you want to buy basketballs, hoops, or backboards, we can suggest good, budget-friendly choices.
